A great camping, specially for people with children or families in general. The place has an insane view from the pool over the lake of Serre-Ponçon and also from their restaurant. The pitches for tents/RVs are quite large and nicely shaded by trees. Price is average for a camping of this standing. There's an area for BBQs, a kids play area and pétanque court. I regret a bit that the pool was that cold, you could only take advantage of it during plain day when air temperature is at it maximum, otherwise you have to get out after 10min inside of it. Also the showers where not so clean, some hairs, dirt and trash were left here and there. During summer the camping could use double shifts on cleaning to prevent that.

It is a great location to stay, the camping spots are great and you have an option for good shadow during the day. The toilets were fine but you need to take your own toilet paper with you and you have no place to put it which isn't that great. The showers are just fine, it can be really busy after dinner while doing the dishes but there is a lot of place to do the dishes. The view from the two swimming pools are simply amazing! The water slide is also fun. The staff is really friendly and really easy to communicate with in English which is a great thing. I would come back if I'm in the area again.

Fantastic campsite, secluded, shady, well equipped and not over used. Make sure to eat in the restaurant and take in the exclusive view of the reservoir. Its truly breathtaking. (and the food is great!)

Incredible views, excellent restaurant and really helpful and friendly staff. Our stay in a Chalet was very comfortable. Not a modern Chalet but clean and in good condition. Great walks. Dog friendly.

Very nice campground with good and clean sanitair, a nice but a bit expensive restaurant and 3 swimming pools. The location is quite remote (20 min drive to closest supermarket) but the views are amazing. The only things that i would change are the showers and the place of the sanitairbuilding. The showers could be a bit bigger, but the water is always hot. And the sanitairbuilding could be closer to a few of the more remote places. The places are big enough and there is a great variety of shade of sunny places. I definitely would recommend comming here, it's a beautiful campground overlooking lac de serre-poncon
